Meet Our Staff

Zack Knowles

Zack Knowles

MSW, LCSW-A, LCAS
Therapist

As a licensed clinical social worker and addictions specialist, my priority is your autonomy. I have worked in a variety of settings with a focus on self-identified problematic behavioral patterns within the realm of substance use and mental healthcare.

My clinical training includes MI, CBT, Family Systems, the Biopsychosocial Model, and Mindfulness. My therapeutic style is rooted in Rogerian, otherwise known as Person-Centered, or Humanistic therapy. My immediate tendency when meeting with a client, or any human for that matter, is to notice strengths, inherent wisdom, and desires. My natural demeanor is laid back, patient, and engaging. Above all, I strive to be non-judgmental and empathetic – I do not walk in your shoes and will not pretend to be an expert on your life.

My mission is simple: to be present with you and collaboratively join in your wellness journey.

I am well-prepared to walk with you on a path toward your ideal self, genuinely appreciating who you are and where you would like to go. We will assuredly celebrate every self-defined positive change you make along the way.

Emily Trapp

LMFT, LCAS-A
Family and Couples Therapist

As a systems trained therapist I specialize in helping individuals understand how their relationships impact their journey to wellness. I work well with people who are exploring the dynamics of their personal and professional relationships, including friends, intimate partners, and family. I am passionate about helping my clients explore and understand the interpersonal connections in their lives. We will work together to identify patterns so you can develop a greater understanding of the dynamics that exist in your relationships with others.

I am a trained Marriage and Family Therapist, so I believe it is important to understand your struggles and experiences beyond what is intrinsic and explore how they are part of a larger system as well. I have training in a number of evidence-based modalities; solutions-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and systems-based modalities like Bowen Family Systems. My therapeutic style is compassionate, collaborative, relational, and strengths based – I will meet you wherever you are on your walk of life.

I want to help you move away from the idea of needing to “fix” something and instead focus on how to support your vision of the future and the path to get there. I am passionate about creating a space where we can explore your curiosities, grow your confidence, foster the relationships that are important to you, and strengthen your relationship with yourself. When we better understand ourselves, we can be more attune and available to those in our circle.

LeeAnna Gill

LeeAnna Gill

LCSW-A, LCAS-A
Therapist

I was drawn to therapy because of my desire to validate people’s experiences and emotions, to provide a non judgemental space for people to feel safe, and impart hope when it feels like there is none. My therapy style allows me to work well with those who are experiencing interpersonal challenges, life transitions, general and social anxiety, depression, and patterns of substance use.

My background is in social work, which I’ll use to guide our work to explore the systems that have been at play in your life, in addition to exploring any underlying processes. I enjoy pulling techniques from multiple therapeutic modalities to suit your needs, those include: CBT, DBT, MI, and ACT.

My style is gentle, compassionate, and affirming. I am honored to hear your story and to journey alongside you as we explore your past, present, and future.

Andrea is integrative in her approach to growth and has found that we learn best through doing.
