INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOTHERAPY

Abhaya Wellness defines psychotherapy as a professional relationship that provides a safe non-judgmental space for individuals to explore barriers to living a more complete and full life. We believe that a strong therapeutic alliance is critical and building mutual trust is foundational to our approach.

We believe all individuals are unique and that there are many paths to wellness that we can walk with you; our eclectic team of clinicians are all unique in their training, experience, and specialties.

We do, however, encourage integration of experiential practices into the therapeutic relationship. Your clinical team will help you identify ways that you can incorporate mindfulness, movement, art, music, etc. into your path to wellness.
