I’m a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist-Associate with a background in school counseling, and I understand how deeply addiction can affect not just the person struggling, but their loved ones too. My passion is helping people from all walks of life find hope, healing, and practical ways to move forward.

I take a strength-based, solution-focused, and goal-oriented approach, using motivational interviewing to help you tap into your own strengths and build confidence in your recovery journey.  I strive to help client’s see that any step toward change, big or small, is worthy of acknowledgement.

My goal is to create a safe, judgment-free space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered. Together, we’ll focus on what’s possible and take it one step at a time toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
