There are not enough words to express my genuine gratitude and appreciation for Abhaya Wellness. I'm only 6 weeks into the program and my mindset and outlook on life have changed for the positive. They focus on healing the WHOLE person, including physically, mentally, and spiritually. The group and individual therapy/coaching sessions are tailored in a way to truly allow the person/persons to identify individual needs and goals to better yourself, providing the support and guidance you need to do so. I look forward to the remainder of the program and how much more there is to learn to help change my life for the better. While I'm saddened to think about progressing from the program one day, I'm excited to utilize ALL the new tools I've obtained to navigate this world and my life! While I appreciate all the coaches and staff at Abhaya, I have a special appreciation and give a big THANK YOU to Delvin, Zack, and Abhaya's owner Matt for taking a chance on me and being a part of my recovery!
